High Limit Racing is expanding beyond the USA borders for the first time through a partnership with Perth Motorplex in Perth, Western Australia. The three-day “High Limit International: Perth” will pay an Australian sprint car record $100,000 to the finale’s winner. The event will host the largest contingent of the best Sprintcar drivers in the world: Kyle Larson, Brad Sweet, Rico Abreu, Gio Scelzi, Cory Eliason, Brock Zearfoss, Matt Juhl and Justin Whittall – taking on the best in Australia with Jock Goodyer, James McFadden, Kerry Madsen, Matt Egel and Ryan Newton.
Tulsa Shootout: The Gateway for Rising Stars (December 31 – January 4)
The spotlight then shifts to Tulsa, Oklahoma, for the Tulsa Shootout – the largest dirt racing event in the world. The ‘Mecca of the Micros’ will host more than 600 drivers from 40 states and three countries in six classes. This year will feature a star-studded lineup including NASCAR Cup Series competitors Kyle Larson and Kyle Busch will be in action in the Stock/Outlaw divisions, along with their sons Owen Larson and Brexton Busch in kid classes. Busch is one of 140 drivers currently entered for “Quadruple Duty” – running all four primary Stock/Outlaw divisions. He’s joined in that category by notable names such as Christopher Bell, Tyler Courtney, Ricky Thornton Jr., Daison Pursley, Brent Crews, Kameron Key, Jace Park, and KJ Snow, all who are chasing their first Golden Driller.
Wild West Shootout: Late Models Under the Desert Sun (January 3 – 12)
To usher in the new year, the Wild West Shootout will debut at the FK Rod Ends Vado Speedway Park in New Mexico. Fans can expect intense late model racing under the desert sky as top drivers like Bobby Pierce and Jonathan Davenport vie for supremacy. The Wild West Shootout has previously set the stage for unforgettable battles, including last year’s dramatic final-night showdown where mere inches decided the winner. With lucrative payouts and bragging rights on the line, the Wild West Shootout guarantees high-stakes drama and edge-of-your-seat action.
Chili Bowl Nationals: Midget Racing’s Crown Jewel (January 12 – 18)
The month of action finally comes to a close when the 39th Chili Bowl Midget Nationals Powered by NOS Energy Drink takes center stage at the SageNet Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Legendary NASCAR driver and two-time NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Kyle Busch, will make his historic debut at the event with Kyle Larson and Christopher Bell returning for a win. He will be joined by a mix of past feature starters, event rookies, and the king of the Chili Bowl himself, Sammy Swindell, the current list is comprised of drivers from the United States (Ty Gibbs and Ricky Stenhouse Jr.), Australia (Luke Storer), New Zealand (Mitch Fabish), and the Netherlands (Wout Hoffmans). New this year, the championship A-Feature will return to a 40-lap showdown for the coveted Golden Driller.
