Eight of the best men’s and women’s college tennis teams will compete on grass courts in doubles and singles tournaments. Hardrock MMA 83 — Sept. 17, Shepherdsville, KY

Kentucky welterweight prospects Quinton Parks Jr. (5-0) and Donny Wallace (5-4) headline this pro-am event. Three amateur title fights round out the rest of this stacked card. The fights begin at 7 p.m. CDT on Saturday.  WATCH LIVE

Fight To Win Pro 12 — Sept. 17, Phoenix, AZ

Jiu-Jitsu superstar and world champion Mackenzie Dern headlines this event against this year’s brown belt world champion Talita Alencar. In the co-main event, former UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson takes on Jay Pages in a no-gi match. The matches begin at 7:45 p.m. CDT. WATCH LIVE

Grappling Pro Championship — Sept. 18, Naples, FL

Grappling Pro Championship brings a brand new rule system that aims to promote more action than the average grappling tournament. Competitors in the eight-person tournament include Garry Tonon, DJ Jackson, Victor Silverio and Lucas Rocha with the winner earning $10,000. The action start 1 p.m. on Sunday. WATCH LIVE

Virginia Beach Fitness Festival — Sept. 17-18, Virginia Beach, VA

Fitness athletes from around the world gather to this Atlantic beach city for a weekend of competition, fun and seminars. The Virginia Beach Fitness Festival will feature a WOD competition as well as its own weightlifting championship. The action begins 7 a.m. CDT Saturday morning. WATCH LIVE

BOA Regionals: Powder Springs, McAllen and Monroeville — Sept. 17

For FloMarching’s live streaming debut, the site will host the Bands of America Regional events live from three cities. High school marching bands from around the country will gather in Powder Springs, GA, McAllen, TX and Monroeville, PA to compete.
